At Vlisco, we take pride in the heritage and quality of our wax prints; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt. All returned fabrics must be uncut, in their original packaging, and with all security seals intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Vlisco account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and download your personalized return form.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original protective packaging, ensuring that the fabric remains folded and the authenticity labels are undisturbed.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the returned fabric, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
